You bake with some regularity — bread on weekends, cake for a birthday, sometimes whipped cream for dessert. The 1500W motor handles that easily, and the 5L bowl has space for a family or a double portion without spilling. For 2 to 4 people, this is the most logical size in the Vivid Green line.

The right setting for every preparation

Setting 1–3 for dough, setting 2–4 for batter and thicker mixtures, setting 5–6 for airy preparations. With the pulse function, you can give the mixture extra power briefly.

Maximum load

Consider a maximum of 0.9 kg of ingredients: up to 600 g dry and 300 g liquid. For sturdy dough, use the lower settings.

The splash guard

Keeps batter in the bowl, but does more: it includes an egg separator, a measuring ruler for small quantities, a measuring cup for dry ingredients, and a storage container for ingredients you want to keep aside. A nice bonus.

Cleaning

The stainless steel mixing bowl and whisk are dishwasher safe. Wash the aluminum dough hook and mixing hook by hand — not in the dishwasher, as this can cause discoloration. Wipe the housing with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

Do you bake more than once a week, or do you regularly want to knead bread dough for multiple loaves? The 2000W version has a larger 6.2L bowl and a more powerful motor that can handle that easily.
