The current status of your order can be found in the account overview. You will also receive a track & trace email as soon as the order has been shipped, which is usually the evening before. There you will find the current status and delivery time.
You can order your product(s) in our webshop and pick it up in a MediaMarkt store of your choice. When completing your order, select ‘Pick up in store’.
Online purchase
- You will automatically receive the invoice by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
- Your invoice can easily be found in your account overview under "My order". As soon as you open the details of your order, you can download a digital copy with the "Request invoice" button.
Purchase in the store
- You received an invoice or receipt in the store. Have you lost the invoice for your store order? You can contact us via our contact form.
If the order has been cancelled without your knowledge and you are not aware of the reason, we request that you contact our customer service. This can be done via our contact form.

Shopping by appointment is now also possible. You'll be assisted by your personal MediaMarkt advisor, who will already know your question before you even enter the store.

You can pick up your order as soon as you receive the following email from us: "Your order is ready to pick up!". Make sure you have the original QR code at hand (no screenshot). You can find the QR code in the MediaMarkt app under "My Account" and then "My pick-up codes", and at the bottom of the email.
After purchasing and paying for your digital code, you will receive a download code from us by email. The download instructions are included in the email.

If the product is in the store's warehouse, we call this store stock. You can then order the product and pick it up the same day.
Our product prices may vary, sometimes monthly, weekly or even daily, depending on factors such as market conditions and purchase prices. We recommend checking our website regularly for current offers and prices. Please note that we do not offer a price guarantee.
To add a product to your digital shopping cart, simply click the big red button. The release date of the product is listed above this button. You have the option to have the product delivered to your home or pick it up in one of our stores. We ship orders on a first-come, first-served basis, as soon as the product is in stock. You will receive an email once your pre-order has been shipped or is ready for in-store pickup.
The expected delivery date for each product in your order is considered individually. During the checkout process, you can specify a desired delivery date for each product. This way, we ensure that your products are delivered at the times that suit you best.

Online purchase

Cashback promotions are organized by the supplier or manufacturer of the product. They are also responsible for handling the cashback. To do this, go to the website of the supplier. If a product is in stock in the store, you can order it online and pick it up the same day in one of the MediaMarkt stores. When completing your order, select ‘Pick up in store’. If you order during opening hours, it will be ready for you in the store within 30 minutes. If the product is not in stock, we will ensure that it is ready for you within 1 to 2 days.
Cancel order
In some cases, orders placed in a MediaMarkt store can be cancelled at a later time. Please contact us to cancel your order. You can reach us via the contact form.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or is already on its way, we can no longer cancel it. With some carriers, you can cancel the shipment. Check this via the track & trace. Otherwise, you can refuse the product upon delivery, so that it is immediately returned to our warehouse. You can also accept the package and return it later.
Was your order delivered to a DHL point? If the package is not collected within 7 days, they will automatically return it to our warehouse. Would you rather return the product immediately? Then let the DHL point know, so that they can return it for you.

Once the cancellation has been processed, the payment will be initiated. Refunds are always made in the same way as you paid for the product. How quickly the money is in your account depends on the payment method:
- iDeal: 2 to 3 days
- Credit card: 8 days
- Gift card/e-voucher: 8 days (you will receive a new digital gift card by email)
- Payment in store: 14 days
- Pay afterwards (Klarna): 14 days
