To call our online experts and get advice, first select the product group you'd like advice on. Then, do the following:

  • Click the icon with the expert in the bottom right corner.
  • You can now choose between "Chat now" and "Go to live advice."
  • Select "Go to live advice."
  • An advisor will answer all your questions about the product or product group.

Please note: You can see the advisor, but they cannot see you. This helps protect your privacy.
