Have your new washing machine installed by our professional installers. We connect it to the power supply and to the existing inlet and outlet systems so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

    Basic washing machine installation

    With this service:

    • We deliver your washing machine. Do you live in an apartment building without a lift? Then we deliver the washing machine up to the 4th floor.
    • We unpack your washing machine and check it.
    • We recycle the packaging material.
    • We place your washing machine at the desired location.
    • We level your washing machine.
    • We connect your washing machine to your power supply and existing inlet and outlet.
    • We install your Y-piece, provided you already have it at home.
    • We take your old washing machine with us if desired. Make sure your old washing machine is empty, clean, and dry. This is part of the included Recupel service.
    • We test your new washing machine together with you to make sure it works.

    Premium washing machine installation

    With this service:

    • We deliver your washing machine. Do you live in an apartment building without a lift? Then we deliver the washing machine up to the 4th floor.
    • We unpack your washing machine and check it.
    • We recycle the packaging material.
    • We place your washing machine at the desired location.
    • We level your washing machine.
    • We connect your washing machine to your power supply and existing inlet and outlet.
    • We extend the power and water connections if needed.
    • We stack your washing machine and dryer if you’ve purchased a new stacking kit. We do not stack with an existing stacking kit for safety and correct installation of your new washing machine and dryer.
    • We take your old washing machine with us if desired. Make sure your old washing machine is empty, clean, and dry. This is part of the included Recupel service.
    • We test your new washing machine together with you to make sure it works.

    Additional information when purchasing a washing machine and dryer at the same time

    Would you like to stack your washing machine and dryer? Then choose the Washing Premium Installation Service and the Dryer Basic Installation Service.
    Note: You will also need to purchase a stacking kit to have your washing machine and dryer installed on top of each other. Choose the Washing Premium Installation Service and the Dryer Premium Installation Service if the power and/or water connections need to be extended for both appliances. These tasks are only included in the Premium Service.
