You can redeem your points through your myMediaMarkt account. Click on 'Points' in your account and then on 'Redeem Points' at the bottom of the page. You'll then find the coupon under 'My Coupons'. Enter the coupon code during your next online purchase or click on the coupon. For in-store purchases, simply have the coupon scanned at the checkout.
When redeeming the coupon, a minimum spend of four times the purchase value applies. For example: a €20 coupon must have a minimum purchase value of €80.
Yes, you can add your receipt, except if you made a purchase through an external seller. Log in to your myMediaMarkt account and go to 'My purchases' and then to 'Register receipt'.
You earn points with every purchase. Make sure to scan your QR code or log in to your myMediaMarkt account, so your points are added automatically. After the 30-day return period, you can exchange them for a coupon.
You don't receive points for purchases made on MediaMarkt Marketplace or MediaMarkt Outlet. Points are calculated based on the purchase amount. You don't earn points on subscriptions, insurance, and other services.

No, you can only use your myMediaMarkt QR code in Dutch MediaMarkt stores and on mediamarkt.nl. Separate registration is required for MediaMarkt stores abroad.

Yes, the myMediaMarkt membership is valid in all Dutch MediaMarkt stores and in the webshop.
If they are your personal accounts, we can link them together. Fill out the contact form and provide the email addresses to which the different accounts are linked. The customer care team will then assist you further.
Membership & benefits
Click on the icon at the top right and fill in your details. Confirm your email address via the email you received.
It is possible to link old receipts to your account up to 60 days after purchase. You can do this by going to your account via the web or app. In your account, click on “My orders”, then on “Register receipt” and enter the details to link it.
It is possible to add your receipt, unless it is from an external seller. In your myMediaMarkt account, go to "My purchases" and select "Register receipt".
If your receipt is visible in your account, you will receive the points once the return period has expired after 30 days. You can redeem these points for a coupon. Do you still not have any points after 30 days? Then please contact us via the contact form.
To update your details, follow the indicated steps under "My details" in your profile. Click here. Please note: you cannot change your email address.
Manually add your receipt to receive your points. Go to your myMediaMarkt account, navigate to "My orders" and then "Register receipt" and fill in the details. After 30 days, you will receive the points in your account.
Subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter via your myMediaMarkt account under 'Settings'. At the bottom of the newsletter itself, you can also select 'Unsubscribe'.
It is not possible to change your email address. If you still wish to use a different email address for your myMediaMarkt account, create a new account with the new email address. We will then transfer your old account to the new one and subsequently delete the old account. You can request this via the contact form.
As a member of MyMediaMarkt, you get free shipping on all parcel deliveries! This is automatically applied to your shopping cart.
Points
Welcome points: you'll receive 250 by registering for myMediaMarkt. Third-party marketing points: you'll receive these points if you check "data sharing with partners" when registering. If you already have a myMediaMarkt account, go to 'My profile' in your account, then to 'Settings' and turn on 'consent for data processing by third parties'.
How long your points are valid depends on the type of point: basic points are valid for 2 years and event points for 1 year.
When purchasing, have your QR code scanned or login for ordering. Then points will be added automatically . After 30 days (after the return period), you can redeem them for a coupon.
You can find your points balance and purchase history in your myMediaMarkt account under 'Profile' and then 'Mypoints'.
You can only redeem your points after the return period (30 days after purchase) for a coupon.

Coupons
Minimum 1,000 points = € 20.00 coupon.
You can combine coupons, but not multiple ones of the same amount per purchase. So you cannot use 2 vouchers of €20, but you can use one of €20 and one of €40 together.
To view your coupons, go to your myMediaMarkt account. Under 'Profile', navigate to 'My coupons' or 'My vouchers'.

A coupon is only valid for one year. Extension is not possible.
Your coupon may not work if one of the following situations applies to you:
(1) The coupon is not linked to your account.
(2) The coupon is not valid.
(3) Your purchase has not reached the minimum value.
(4) You are purchasing a service, such as a phone subscription or insurance.How do you check this?
(1) Is the coupon linked to your account?
If the coupon is linked to your account, you can find it in your myMediaMarkt account. Click on 'My coupon' and you should see the coupon. Otherwise, it is not linked to your account.(2) Is the coupon valid?
If the coupon is valid, this is indicated on the coupon itself: go to your myMediaMarkt account. Click on 'My coupon' and you can view the coupon and its validity.(3) Does your purchase reach the minimum value?
You can only use a coupon with a minimum purchase value of € 20.01.(4) Are you purchasing a service or from specific websites?
If you are buying any of the following items, you cannot use the coupon:- Services (phone subscriptions and insurance), products from external sellers.
- POSA products (gift cards, software licenses, entertainment gift cards, etc.)
- If you are buying something through one of the following websites, you cannot use the coupon:
- outlet.mediamarkt.nl
- telefoonabonnementen.mediamarkt.nl
After you have returned the product, the used coupon will be available again in your account within 24 hours. Contact us through the contact form and mention your order number if you haven't received anything within 24 hours.

myMediaMarkt promotions
If there's a promotion with double points running, all our myMediaMarkt members can receive twice as many points during ongoing promotions. Always make sure you're logged in. Not a member yet? Sign up for free here.
Always check if you're logged in as a member first. Then check online to see if your product is participating in the promotion. Sometimes only a certain group of products participate, and sometimes the promotions are app-only, so you might only receive double points if you purchase through the app instead of in the webshop or store.
