No, unfortunately, you cannot call or email the stores. If you can't find the answer to your question among the frequently asked questions, our staff are available by phone for all your inquiries. Of course, you are always welcome in one of our stores.
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM. You can also always contact us via our contact form.

You can reserve a product in the store by placing an order online and selecting 'Pick up in Store' as the delivery option.

- If the product is not yet in stock at the store, you can reserve it to collect the next day.

Yes, you can pay in cash in our stores.
Yes, you can. Bring your product to one of our stores. If you’re not sure which product you want to exchange it for, our specialists will gladly help you find a product that suits you better. You don’t need to register your product on the website, but it’s good to have your order number on hand.
Do you already know which product you want to exchange it for?
- Order your new product to reserve it.
- Indicate during the checkout process that you want to collect your product in the store. You don’t need to pay at that point.
- In most cases, you can collect your new product the same day or the next day. We will let you know as soon as the product is ready for you.
In that case, we will refund the remaining amount to your account. Receiving cash back is only possible if you paid for the product in cash. We refund amounts up to €50 in cash.

If the purchase meets the conditions, we can refund the price difference in the form of a gift card. Come to the store with your purchase receipt so that we can arrange the discount for you. Did you order the product on the webshop? Then please contact us via the contact form.

Pick up in our stores
You can pick up your order as soon as you receive the following email from us: 'Your order is ready for pick up.' Please show this email when you are in the store so that we can quickly find your order. It is not necessary to make an appointment for this

To collect your order, you'll need the following: The email with the QR code titled "Your order is ready for collection". You can also find this QR code in the MediaMarkt app under My account → My collection codes. Screenshots of the QR code will not be accepted.

Orders that you have placed in a MediaMarkt store can sometimes be canceled at a later time. Please contact us to cancel the order.

You can pick up your order as soon as you receive the following email from us: "Your order is ready for pickup!" Make sure you have the original QR code handy (a screenshot of this QR code is not sufficient). You can find the QR code in the MediaMarkt app under "My Account" and then "My Pickup Codes," and at the bottom of the email.
Exchanges & Returns
If your product meets the return conditions and the store has the desired product in stock, it can be exchanged immediately. If it concerns a large product such as a washing machine or refrigerator, please contact us.

All products purchased at MediaMarkt in the Netherlands can be returned within 30 days. A product must be returned in new condition, complete, and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. This way, we can give the product a second life. Together, we contribute to the sustainable use of consumer electronics.
Returning in store
If you return your product in the store and it meets the return conditions, we will refund you the purchase amount (including any standard delivery costs) immediately. Amounts over €500 will always be refunded to your bank account via return pin for your and our safety.

Smartbar
MediaMarkt introduces the Smartbar. There, they assist you with installations, settings, and technical issues. And what our staff can do with devices is nothing short of pure magic! Cracked screens are repaired with a few handy finger movements by our screen repair service, and your laptop is magically virus-free with our computer ready-to-go + check-up.
