The repair time depends on the availability of the repair part. If the part is not in stock, we will order it for you, and it is usually available in our store within 48 hours, after which we will repair your device.

We can apply a screen protector for you. You can choose between a film or glass protector. Please note! This service incurs additional costs

Water damage, a bent screen, and a bent frame cannot be repaired.

Our technicians will assess your device on-site. If it is necessary to replace additional parts, we will inform you in advance. You will always receive a quotation.

We do not charge any assessment fees.

If you have a problem with your product within the warranty conditions, your product must be sent in, and we cannot carry out the repair at the Smartbar in the store.

Yes, the statutory warranty for smartphones remains applicable and can always be claimed at MediaMarkt.

Depending on the type of screen and device, you have a minimum warranty of 3 months. This does not apply to scratches and other visible damage that occurs through use.
