No more separate kitchen timer

Bread dough that needs to knead for 15 minutes, cake batter that needs to be mixed for 8 minutes — set the time using the plus and minus buttons on the display, from 1 second to 90 minutes, choose your speed setting, and the machine stops automatically when the time is up. You don't have to stand by it.

If you prefer to keep track of time yourself

If you turn on the machine without setting a timer, the display works as a stopwatch. The time counts up as long as the machine is running, so you always know how long you've been working. Handy for recipes where you want to decide for yourself when it's right.

The right setting for every preparation

Setting 1–3 for dough, setting 2–4 for batter and thicker mixtures, setting 5–6 for airy preparations. With the pulse function, you give the mixture extra power briefly. The metal hooks are sturdier than plastic and provide a more even result.

The dough hook and the bottom of the bowl

The dough hook just barely touches the bottom — and that's intentional, to protect the bowl and prevent overloading. In practice, you'll notice little of this. For small quantities, you'll occasionally scrape the bottom with the included spatula.

Noise during use

At low settings, it remains quiet. For bread dough at setting 2–3, you'll hear a normal machine sound. At setting 5–6, it's noticeably louder — a powerful motor naturally makes noise. Expect the level of a kitchen machine that really kneads thoroughly.

Heavy dough and maximum load

Keep a maximum of 1.5 kg of ingredients: up to 1000 g dry and 500 g liquid. For sturdy dough, use the lower settings; this is how the motor works best.

Cleaning

The stainless steel mixing bowl and whisk can go in the dishwasher, or wash them with warm water and mild dish soap. Wash the aluminum dough hook and mixing hook by hand — not in the dishwasher, as this can cause discoloration. Wipe the housing with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Clean the display with a slightly damp cloth — no water directly on the electronics.
