Who is this for?

If you bake occasionally, this machine will take over the stirring and whisking that would otherwise tire your arm. If you bake often – bread, sourdough, pizza, and everything in between – you need a motor that can handle this week after week without shifting or overheating. In both cases, you'll be done with the hand mixer.

The right setting for every preparation

Setting 1–3 for dough, setting 2–4 for batters and thicker mixtures, setting 5–6 for airy preparations. The pulse function gives the mixture a short burst of extra power. The metal hooks are sturdier than plastic and provide a more even result.

The dough hook and the bottom of the bowl

The dough hook just barely misses the bottom – and this is intentional, to protect the bowl and prevent overloading. In practice, you'll notice this very little. For small quantities, use the included spatula to scrape the bottom occasionally.

Noise during use

At low settings, it remains quiet. For bread dough at setting 2–3, you'll hear a normal machine sound. At setting 5–6, it's noticeably louder – a powerful motor naturally makes noise. Expect a noise level similar to a kitchen machine that truly kneads thoroughly.

Heavy dough and maximum load

Keep the total ingredients to a maximum of 1.5 kg: up to 1000 g dry and 500 g liquid. For firm dough, use the lower settings; this is how the motor works best.

Maintenance and cleaning

The stainless steel mixing bowl and whisk can go in the dishwasher, or wash them with warm water and mild dish soap. Wash the aluminum dough hook and mixing hook by hand – not in the dishwasher, as this can cause discoloration. Wipe the housing with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
