Humid air from the room is blown past the ice-cold cooling pipes of the Gree Aovia 20 dehumidifier, then the moisture in the cooled air condenses, forming water droplets. These water droplets are collected in its three-liter water tank. During operation of the dehumidifier, the room temperature may rise by a few degrees (2 to 3°C), which is normal for this type of dehumidifier.
The Gree Aovia 20 air dryer will emit an audible signal when the water tank is completely full, so it can be emptied. The dehumidifier will automatically stop when the water tank is full.
