The kingdom of Myrtana is under attack by a ferocious horde of orcs.

King Rhobar II needs a large amount of magical ore to forge powerful weapons. Therefore, he has put all his prisoners to work in the Khorinis mines.

To prevent them from escaping, the monarch has asked his best mages to create a magical barrier. But something goes wrong. The magic goes haywire and after a mutiny the most violent prisoners manage to capture the mines.

The king must negotiate with the new owners, while the tension grows between the different factions in the mines. But what no one can imagine is that the arrival of an unknown prisoner will change absolutely everything.
