The S33R.3 Arka EVO uses a dual pressure system up to 10 bar in the capsule. This allows you to choose between high or low pressure depending on the drink – for espresso with full crema or tea with a gentle infusion. The integrated pre-infusion technology evenly moistens the coffee and ensures harmonious extraction at a professional level.
