For the ZIPRO SQUARE barbell, we have implemented a unique assembly system that makes changing weights significantly faster and easier. Both ends of the bar are equipped with special threaded holes that perfectly match the locking screws. To add or remove weight, you don't need to unscrew it completely – just a slight loosening with a maximum of three hand movements is sufficient. The square weight plates are then easily slid onto the bar and securely fastened.

Safe mounting system of the SQUARE series

Safety is our absolute priority during exercise. In addition to the screw that secures the weight on the bar, each weight plate is equipped with two special clips that connect and fix the plates together. This completely prevents unexpected loosening or shifting of a plate during an intensive strength training session.
