Easily switch on/off any product with this Nedis smart Zigbee plug (e.g. a lamp, radio, fan, kettle, heated blanket) from your smartphone wherever you are or with a simple voice command to your Google Home or Amazon Alexa device. It also works with Siri shortcuts. In addition to live control, you can also set a schedule to turn on/off at preferred times or based on sunrise/sunset. This can be done for your own convenience when you are at home, or to simulate your presence when you are actually not at home to deter burglars. By combining multiple smart plugs or other products from the Nedis SmartLife range, you can create smart scenes that can be activated all at once, or automations that are triggered by a camera, button, motion sensor or smoke detector. The plug works via the Zigbee 3.0 protocol and is ideal for use in places where there is no stable Wi-Fi signal via the router, such as in the garage. By connecting the socket via your gateway, you create a mesh network through this socket, making it very easy to have smart sockets in places with a poor Wi-Fi connection.
