Connection to the app
With the ability to be remotely controlled via the free X-Sense Home Security mobile app, the XS01-WX offers extra convenience and safety. Receive quick notifications for alarms, malfunctions, and low battery levels, wherever you are. You can also easily test the detector from the app. The connection to the app can be established without a Base Station / Gateway.

Please note: It is important to remember that the XS01-WX cannot be wirelessly linked to other XS01-WX smoke detectors. It can only be linked to a Wi-Fi network. If your Wi-Fi fails or there is a malfunction, the smoke detector will still sound an alarm, but you will not receive notifications on your phone.
