Focus Fitness' wrist weight is a versatile addition to your strength or cardio workout. The wrist weights are specially designed to be worn around the wrist, and thanks to the thumb attachment, they always stay on your wrist, even during the most intense workout.
The inside of the weights is finished with neoprene, which prevents skin irritation. The wrist weights come with a sturdy Velcro closure and are supplied per 2 pieces. They are available in weights:
