You can not only control the function live, but you can also set a schedule to switch on or off at the desired times or based on sunrise/sunset. You can do this for your own convenience when you are at home, or to simulate your presence while you are not actually at home to discourage burglars.
By combining multiple smart plugs or other products from the Nedis SmartLife range, you can create smart scenes that can be activated simultaneously, or automations that are activated by a camera, button, motion sensor or smoke detector.

Timer and scheduling function
Thanks to the timer function, your devices are automatically switched off or you can set a weekly schedule to switch the device on and off. This saves time and of course a lot of energy, because your devices only work when you really need them. In the Nedis SmartLife app you can easily create schedules for when you are not at home or on vacation. You can turn on a lamp or the TV to simulate your presence and prevent burglary.

Power meter function
With the integrated power meter you can view both the live and previous power measurements of the smart plug, so you can see how much electricity a product uses or used for each day of the past year.
In addition, you can set the power meter as a trigger to control another smart device or to send you a push notification on your phone to inform you when the washing machine is ready or when it consumes more energy than normal, which may indicate required maintenance.

Voice control
You can use Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri shortcuts to control the connected devices and turn on the television or the light without having to get up from your comfortable chair or sofa.
