Saw table TS505AC: compact size, great performance

Meet the VONROC saw table TS505AC: the compact version of our TS504AC. However, don't be fooled by its size – this saw table delivers exactly the same powerful performance as its big brother. The difference? No base or table extensions, making you work a lot more flexible. Perfect if you have little space in the workshop or want to be able to move your machine easily. This saw table is ideal for accurately sawing large sheets and panels such as MDF, plywood, OSB or chipboard. Also suitable for furniture panels, laminate, veneer panels or solid wooden slats. Thanks to the tilting saw head, you can saw up to 45°, and with the included guides you work straight and accurately to size.

Powerful, accurate and built with high-quality components

With a power of 2000W and a speed of 5000/min, the TS505AC effortlessly saws through both softwood and hardwood. The maximum sawing capacity is impressive: 85 mm at 0° and 65 mm at 45°, so even larger jobs are no problem. The soft-start function prevents shocks when switching on and peak loads on your power group – a valuable feature that you rarely find in this price range. The double-clamping aluminum parallel guide and the precise miter guide ensure control with every saw cut. The machine is finished in detail with high-quality components such as quality bearings and greases, making it perfectly suitable for heavy sawing jobs for the serious do-it-yourselfer.

Safety, comfort and ease of use

The TS505AC combines considerable performance with smart features that make your work safer, cleaner and easier. The aluminum ruler runs over the entire width of the work surface, and the parallel guide is equipped with a handy magnifying glass with which you can quickly and accurately read the size. All accessories – from push stick to keys and an extra saw blade – can be stored neatly and safely in the integrated storage system. The transparent saw cover offers a good view of your workpiece and the adjustable riving knife reduces the chance of kickback. The machine is also equipped with overload protection with automatic shutdown and reset function. For a clean workplace, connect a vacuum cleaner to the double dust extraction – this splits into two points, so that extraction takes place above én under the blade at the same time. With the standard supplied 60T saw blade you make fine and clean cuts – a noticeable difference compared to the common, coarser 24–40T blades.
