Big job? Big machine! For serious sawing work, you need a saw table that is sturdy, saws accurately and performs powerfully. Welcome to the TS504AC: the largest and most complete saw table in the VONROC series – built for DIYers who don't want to do a half job. With its robust base and generous worktop, this machine is ideal for processing large sheets and panels such as MDF, plywood, OSB or chipboard. You can also effortlessly cut furniture panels, laminate, veneer panels and slats and planks of solid wood to size. The tilting saw head makes sawing up to 45° possible, and with the included guides you can make tight and precise cuts at a desired angle.

Powerful, accurate and built with high-quality components

With a power of 2000W and a speed of 5000/min, the TS504AC effortlessly saws through both soft and hardwood. The maximum sawing capacity is impressive: 85 mm at 0° and 65 mm at 45°, so that even larger jobs are no problem. The soft-start function prevents shocks when switching on and peak loads on your power group – a valuable feature that you rarely find in this price range. The double-clamping aluminum parallel guide, the precise miter guide and the sturdy steel table construction ensure stability and control with every saw cut. Thanks to the extra spacious worktop, you can also work safely and stably with large sheets. The machine is finished in detail with high-quality components such as quality bearings and greases, making it ideally suited for heavy sawing jobs for the serious do-it-yourselfer.

Safety, comfort and ease of use

The TS504AC combines considerable performance with well-thought-out features that make your work safer, neater and more pleasant. The aluminum ruler runs over the full width of the worktop, and the parallel guide is equipped with a handy magnifying glass with which you can quickly and accurately read the size. All accessories – from push stick to keys and an extra saw blade – can be stored neatly and safely in the integrated storage system. The transparent saw cover offers a good view of your workpiece and the adjustable riving knife reduces the chance of kickback. The machine is also equipped with overload protection with automatic shutdown and reset function. For a clean workplace, connect a vacuum cleaner to the double dust extraction – this splits into two points, so that extraction takes place both above and below the blade at the same time. With the standard included 60T saw blade you make fine and clean cuts – a noticeable difference compared to the common, coarser 24–40T blades.
