Strong and reliable submersible pump from VONROC for carrying out various pumping activities. The water pump is suitable for pumping contaminated and clean water from ponds, cellars, small swimming pools, garages, basements, reservoirs, rain barrels and rain pits. Contaminated water is understood to mean: water that is slightly cloudy due to solid particles. This water pump is not suitable for water that is contaminated by larger solid parts (such as sewage).

• This pump has a pumping capacity of 8000 liters of dirty and clean water per hour and can process dirt particles up to a maximum grain size of 25mm.

Tips for using the submersible pump

• Check the operation of the float switch regularly (e.g. every 3 months) and clean the pump housing if necessary.
• Recommended inner diameter of the hose is 32mm.
• It is not recommended to lower the pump using the power cable. We recommend attaching a sturdy piece of rope or chain to the handle to lower the pump into the water.
• It is not intended that this pump be used without interruption (e.g. as a circulation pump for a swimming pool or pond) or for permanent installations (e.g. as a pump for a fountain).
• When pumping deep water, we recommend first placing a stone or something similar on the bottom and placing the pump on it.
• This type of pump is intended to pump large quantities of water under low pressure (for example, emptying a cellar or swimming pool). Because of the low pressure, this type of pump is not suitable for irrigation applications. The pressure is too low for a powerful jet from a sprinkler or nozzle. Irrigation pumps / garden pumps are suitable for this.
