This cordless Dual Action eccentric polishing machine has a generous 21 mm stroke and a large Ø150 mm backing pad. The PM511DC Polishing Machine is part of VONROC PRO – our top line of tools, manufactured from high-quality components. For example, the machine is equipped with an advanced 20V brushless motor. This type of motor is more durable, requires less maintenance and is quieter than traditional motors, and guarantees long-term use without loss of quality. The housing is robustly constructed with metal screw connections, impact-resistant plastic and is equipped with active cooling ports – ready for intensive use. Thanks to the soft start electronics, the machine starts up in a controlled manner, which significantly reduces the chance of polishing agent splashing. The constant speed electronics keep the speed stable, which contributes to an even, professional finish. With the 7-step variable speed control (2000–5000 /min) with clear click positions, you always have full control over the polishing process, whether you are doing rough work or just working on the finishing touch. The vibration-damping and balanced design, in combination with the ergonomic Softgrip with high-quality rubber finish, ensures that the machine is firm and comfortable in the hand. With the lock-on function you can lock the switch, so you do not have to press it continuously and you can fully focus on maneuvering the machine. Thanks to the integrated safety switch with locking, you prevent unwanted activation, which significantly reduces the risk of (paint) damage. This set comes with an extensive 5-piece set of VONROC polishing discs, two 4.0Ah batteries and a fast charger , so you can get started right away! The battery and charger are fully compatible with other tools from our VPower 20V battery platform and are an ideal addition to your VONROC collection.
The included polishing discs (also called polishing pads) have angled edges, making it easier to work in hard-to-reach corners and preventing the machine or backing pad from touching the surface. In addition, the hexagon pattern ensures an even distribution of the polishing agent and efficient heat dissipation. The discs are also conveniently divided by color and function. This way you always grab the right disc for the right job:

• Green : Heavy cutting (coarse). For the coarser work. Removes deep scratches, oxidation and sanding marks.
• Orange : Medium cutting (average) . Perfect for correcting light scratches, swirls and dull spots.
• Yellow : Light cutting (light). For refreshing lightly weathered paint or removing mild wax rings.
• Blue : Polishing (polishing, gloss restoration). Restores the paint's shine after correction, and prepares the surface for wax or sealant.
• Red : Finishing (final finish) . For an even, sleek finish with a high-gloss result.

What can you use a polishing machine for? More than you think!

A polishing machine is a versatile tool that you can use on many more surfaces than you might think. Of course, it is often used for detailing cars, but you can just as easily refresh dull caravan windows, wooden furniture or cast epoxy with it. With the right disc and the appropriate polishing agent, you can make many surfaces shine and shine again. A selection of the applications:

• Paint correction, gloss restoration and scratch and oxidation removal from vehicles
• Applying wax or sealant for durable protection
• Polishing boats and surfaces with gelcoat or plastic
• Restoration of plexiglass, polycarbonate and caravan windows
• Giving shine to wooden furniture and high-gloss panels
• Refining cast epoxy, resin or resin surfaces to a crystal-clear result

General advice: A different type of polishing disc is required for each application, and a different polishing agent for each surface. The end result therefore depends strongly on the combination you use. A product that is suitable for car paint, for example, may be unsuitable for a wooden piece of furniture or an epoxy table. Therefore, thoroughly research the type of treatment and the properties of the surface, and adjust your choice of materials accordingly.

Before you get started, we recommend that you always test on a test spot. Every surface reacts differently, so try it out first on a (preferably less visible) part of the surface that you want to treat. Satisfied with the result? Then you can treat the entire surface without any worries.

Do not use too much polishing agent: a saturated polishing disc works less effectively, dissipates heat less well, and can lead to the Velcro coming loose. Is your disc too saturated? No worries! After use, the discs are easy to clean with lukewarm water and a mild soapy solution. Let them dry well and you can simply use them again afterwards.
