VIOFO A329S 2CH 4K Wifi GPS Dashcam

The Viofo A329S is Viofo's new flagship model. This dashcam is one of the first to film at 4K 60fps, ensuring very clear and smooth videos. Another first is the ability to expand memory with external SSD storage (not included). In addition to these new features, the Viofo A329S is equipped with very fast Wifi and GPS for the best connection.

4K 60fps + 2K

The Viofo A329S 2CH is equipped with two cameras, allowing recording both in front of and behind the car. The 4K 60fps resolution at the front guarantees the sharpest and smoothest footage. Thanks to the Sony Starvis 2 sensor, the quality is also excellent in the dark. The rear camera films at 2K resolution.

The rear camera is connected to the front camera with a long included cable of 6 meters. The footage from the rear camera is stored separately on the SD card. On the 2.4-inch HD LCD screen, the rear camera is displayed via PiP (Picture in Picture) on one-fourth of the screen.

Optional extended rear camera (waterproof)

The optional 14.5-meter long RWC400 waterproof rear camera is available (see accessories). This 2K rear camera can be used for longer vehicles without a rear window, such as panel vans or campers. Due to its IP67 rating, the RWC400 can be mounted externally without any problems.

Expandable SSD storage

The Viofo A329S 2CH supports Micro SD cards up to 512GB but can be expanded with external SSD storage up to 4TB. On a 512GB SD card, approximately 18 hours of 4K + 2K video can be stored. With 4TB of storage, about 138 hours. Some tested SSD drives include those from Samsung, Sandisk, and Western Digital. In addition to an SSD drive, a USB flash drive can also be connected to the dashcam for extra storage.

Wifi 6

The Viofo A329S 2CH is equipped with new super-fast Wifi6 (5GHz) technology, ensuring very fast and reliable file transfer. With Wifi 6, up to 30MB/s of data can be transferred. The Viofo App is available for iOS and Android.

Includes CPL filter

With the included CPL filter for the front camera, optimal protection and image quality are guaranteed under sunny conditions. The CPL filter acts like a pair of polarized sunglasses for the dashcam. Harmful UV radiation is filtered out, and distracting reflections are eliminated. For the rear camera, the CPL-600 filter is optionally available (see accessories).

Automatic parking mode

A new feature on this Viofo A329S is the intelligent and automatic parking mode. In addition to motion detection or Time Lapse parking mode, you also have the choice of low-voltage vibration detection. In combination with the optional HK6 permanent power cable, the dashcam automatically switches to this hybrid parking mode, consuming very little power. The Viofo A329S thus monitors your car for an extra long time while parked.

Please note: The automatic parking mode only works if the dashcam is used with the Viofo HK6 permanent power cable (see accessories). When connected, the camera will automatically switch to parking mode when the car's ignition is turned off and return to normal recording when the car is started.

Bluetooth SOS button (optional)

With the convenient optional Viofo A329S Bluetooth SOS button, you can start a manual SOS recording on the Viofo A329S 2CH with a single press of a button. The SOS button can be easily connected to the Viofo A329S 2CH by turning on the dashcam and holding the button for 3 seconds. The blue indicator LED on the button will light up blue if the connection is successfully established. The SOS button can be mounted anywhere inside the vehicle using the included adhesive.

GPS module

The Viofo A329S 2CH comes standard with a GPS module. The GPS allows the current speed to be displayed on the screen. This can be crucial evidence in case of an incident. Furthermore, the GPS records the location where the dashcam footage was captured. The route taken can then be viewed via the software on your PC.

2.4 inch LCD screen

This Viofo A329S 2CH dashcam has a 2.4-inch HD LCD screen. The screen displays live footage and allows easy menu navigation. The built-in screensaver automatically turns off the LCD screen after a set number of minutes, if desired, so it doesn't distract the driver.

140˚ + 160˚ wideview lens

Thanks to the 140˚ + 160˚ wideview 'fish eye' lens, the Viofo A329S 2CH has a wide field of view and records almost everything in its surroundings.

HDR

Due to HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, the camera is capable of generating sharp images in both very high and very low light intensities. This allows the camera to record crystal-clear images both during the day with bright light and at night with low light.

WDR

The Viofo A329S 2CH is equipped with WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) hardware. This allows the dashcam to automatically adjust the light intensity depending on the environment. The WDR thus guarantees the best image quality under varying conditions.

Auto start

The Viofo A329S 2CH dashcam automatically starts recording when the car is started. You don't have to worry about it once it's installed in the car. This requires it to be connected to the car's power supply.

G-sensor

Thanks to the built-in G-sensor, the Viofo A329S 2CH dashcam detects when you've had an accident. In case of an impact, footage is automatically secured and saved so it won't be lost. It cannot be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.

Super capacitor battery

The Viofo A329S 2CH is equipped with a super capacitor battery. This battery ensures that the camera can shut down properly after the power supply is lost. Super capacitor batteries are specifically developed for use in dashcams because they are more durable than regular Polymer Li-ion batteries and are also more resistant to high and low temperatures.

Built-in microphone

Thanks to the built-in microphone in this dashcam, sound inside and around the car is also recorded. The microphone can be turned off if desired
