VIOFO A119 Mini 2 QuadHD Wifi GPS Dashcam

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 QuadHD is the latest version of the A119. The image sensor is a new STARVIS 2 IMX675 sensor with 5.0 megapixels. This sensor is capable of recording at 60fps. The Wifi has also been renewed and is faster thanks to 5gHz.

Sony Starvis IMX675 5MP sensor

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 QuadHD records highly detailed videos thanks to the Sony Starvis IMX675 image sensor. This 5.0 megapixel sensor is capable of recording in 2K resolution at 60fps.

5.0gHz Wifi

Another improvement compared to the older A119 Mini is the 5.0gHz Wifi. This makes file transfer much faster, so downloading videos takes no time at all.

Automatic buffered parking mode

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 QuadHD is equipped with an automatic buffered parking mode motion detection. When motion is detected, the camera is on standby and buffering records 15 seconds before and 30 seconds after motion is detected.

The automatic parking mode only works if the dashcam is used with the Viofo HK4 Continuous power 3-wire (optional accessory). If connected, the camera will automatically switch to parking mode when the car's ignition is turned off and return to normal recording when the car is started.

GPS included

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 QuadHD comes with a mount with a built-in GPS module. The GPS allows the current speed to be displayed on the screen. This can be crucial evidence in the event of an incident. Furthermore, the GPS records the location where the dashcam footage was recorded. The software on the PC can then be used to view the route taken.

Optional CPL filter

With the optional CPL filter, optimal protection and image quality are guaranteed under sunny conditions. The CPL filter acts like a polarized sunglasses for the dashcam. Harmful UV radiation is filtered out and annoying reflections are eliminated. This improves the image quality and durability of the camera.

Super capacitor battery

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 is equipped with a super capacitor battery. This battery ensures that the camera can shut down properly after the power is lost. Super capacitor batteries are specially developed for use in dashcams because they are more durable than regular Polymer Li-ion batteries and are also more resistant to high and low temperatures.

Compact design

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 is a very sleek and compactly designed dashcam. It fits easily behind the rearview mirror in the car. Because it is barely noticeable, it does not obstruct the driver and also reduces the risk of theft.

1.5 inch LCD screen

This Viofo A119 Mini 2 QuadHD dashcam has a 1.5-inch LCD screen. The screen displays live images and allows for easy menu operation. The built-in screensaver automatically turns off the LCD screen after a set number of minutes if desired, so it does not distract the driver.

Sticker mounting

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 QuadHD has a mount that is attached to the windshield with a sticker. The dashcam can be easily removed from this mount. The secure attachment prevents the dashcam from falling off the windshield and also reduces vibrations in the image.

The 1.6 aperture and 7G lens capture a lot of light, ensuring excellent image quality both during the day and at night.

HDR

Thanks to HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, the camera is capable of generating sharp images in very high and very low light intensities. This allows the camera to capture razor-sharp images both during the day with bright light and at night with low light.

WDR

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 QuadHD is equipped with WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) hardware. This allows the dashcam to automatically adjust the light intensity depending on the environment. WDR thus guarantees the best image quality under varying conditions.

Auto start

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 QuadHD dashcam automatically starts recording when the car is started. You don't have to worry about it once it's installed in the car. This requires it to be connected to the car's power supply.

G-sensor

Thanks to the built-in G-sensor, the Viofo A119 Mini 2 QuadHD dashcam detects when you have been in an accident. In the event of an impact, footage is automatically secured and saved so it cannot be lost. It cannot be overwritten and cannot be deleted via the dashcam.

Built-in microphone

The built-in microphone in this dashcam also records sound inside and around the car. The microphone can be turned off if desired.

256gb support

The Viofo A119 Mini 2 supports MicroSD cards up to 256GB. This is enough for about 50 hours of FullHD video.
