VANTRUE E2 Pro Cloud 4K Wifi GPS Dashcam

The Vantrue E2 Pro is a high-quality 4K dashcam with a 2.5K rear camera and crystal clear night vision recordings. The 4K front camera films the road and the 2.5K rear camera keeps an eye on what's happening behind the car. The Vantrue E2 Pro is equipped with fast 5GHz and GPS, and you can expand it with a handy Bluetooth S.O.S. button to easily make emergency recordings.

Vantrue Cloud

Perhaps the most impressive feature of this Vantrue E2 Pro Cloud is the ability to connect to the dashcam from anywhere in the world. The Vantrue LTE module (see accessories) supports SIM cards with an active internet connection. Then connect the Vantrue LTE module to the dashcam and you'll have full cloud connectivity anywhere in the world.

Vantrue Cloud offers you 2GB of free cloud storage for all parking mode videos. When the cloud storage is full, the oldest footage will automatically be overwritten by new footage. In case of special events (heavy vibrations), a notification will also be sent to your phone, and the video will be securely stored in the cloud so it cannot be automatically deleted.

4K and 2.5K Recordings

This Vantrue E2 Pro records with the front camera in 4K (3840 x 2160P) and with the rear camera in sharp 2.5K quality at 30fps. Thanks to HDR (High Dynamic Range), the contrast of the recordings is very good, and the surroundings are perfectly recognizable even in the dark. The resolution can also be set to 1440p 60fps for even smoother videos.

Bluetooth SOS button

The Vantrue E2 Pro comes standard with a handy Bluetooth SOS button. You can place this button anywhere in the car, and with one press, you can take a photo and a secure video, or turn the dashcam's microphone on and off.

2.45 inch LCD screen

The Vantrue E2 Pro is equipped with a beautiful and clear 2.45-inch LCD screen where recordings are visible and you can easily operate the menu. The screen has a screensaver that activates after 1 minute so it doesn't bother you while driving. You can also turn the screen on and off with the voice commands 'Turn on screen' and 'Turn off screen'.

Wireless 5.0GHz Wifi

You can easily view the recorded videos on your smartphone via the Vantrue App for iOS or Android within range of the dashcam (+/- 5 meters). The videos can be viewed live, and you can download saved videos to your phone so you can share them immediately. The 5.0GHz Wifi ensures faster file transfer than many other dashcams. The menu is also easy to operate via the App to quickly change settings.

GPS

The Vantrue E2 Pro is equipped with GPS so that the current speed, route, and location are tracked. The speed can optionally be displayed at the bottom of each video, and the filming location and route can be viewed later via the App.

Voice control

The Vantrue E2 Pro offers the ability to control the dashcam via (English) voice commands. By using commands such as 'Make picture', 'Turn off screen', 'Turn on audio', and 'Lock the video', you can safely use the dashcam while driving and won't miss any incidents.

Automatic buffered parking mode

Vantrue offers the option to secure your car while parked. Connect your Vantrue dashcam with the OBD or 3-wire permanent power supply to provide power to the dashcam even when the car is turned off. The power supply sends a signal to the dashcam as soon as you turn off the car, so parking mode is automatically activated.

Parking mode only works in combination with the OBD or 3-wire permanent power supply. This power supply has a protection that interrupts the power at a certain voltage so that you don't end up with a dead battery.

Vantrue offers four recording modes during parking:

Buffered Motion Detection : Motion detection (with adjustable sensitivity) where the dashcam remains in standby until visual motion is detected in the image. After that, 5 seconds before and 30 seconds after the incident are saved.

Collision Detection : Vibration detection (with adjustable sensitivity) where the dashcam turns off until a vibration is detected. After that, the dashcam turns on, records for 1 minute, and then turns off again.

Low Bitrate Recording : Continuous recording in lower quality (720p or 1080p at 15fps) to save space on the SD card. As soon as a vibration is detected, a normal 1-minute recording starts.

Low Frame Rate Recording : Continuous recording at 1fps, 5fps, 10fps, or 15fps to save space on the SD card. At 1fps, a 30-minute period is played back in 1 minute. As soon as a vibration is detected, a normal 1-minute recording starts.

155˚ + 160˚ viewing angle

The Vantrue E2 Pro has a wide viewing angle of 160 degrees on all cameras, ensuring a very large area in and around the car is captured.

Self-adhesive GPS mount

The Vantrue E2 Pro is attached to the windshield with a convenient self-adhesive GPS mount with a magnetic connection. The dashcam can be clicked in and out of this mount in one motion. To use your Vantrue E2 Pro in multiple cars, an extra GPS mount is available (see accessories).

Optional CPL filter

Attach the optional CPL (Polaroid) filter to your Vantrue dashcam to prevent annoying reflections from the dashboard or interior. The filter can be attached to the dashcam in an instant and can be easily adjusted by rotating it.

G-sensor support

The Vantrue E2 Pro has a built-in G-sensor. This sensor registers vibrations in case of a collision. The current video is then securely saved.

Loop recording

The Vantrue E2 Pro is equipped with loop recording, which automatically overwrites the oldest footage with new footage. The videos are saved in shorter segments of 5 minutes, and as soon as the SD card is full, the oldest segment is deleted.

Secure recordings (manually selected or detected by the G-sensor) are saved in a separate folder and are not deleted by loop recording. This way, you always have access to the latest and most important videos.

1TB support

Vantrue is one of the few dashcam brands that supports SD cards up to 1TB. With 1TB, you can store up to 200 hours (over 8 days) of 4K video. At a higher resolution, the total recording time will be slightly shorter.
