Easily switch between 32 resistances
With the maintenance-free magnetic brake, you can effortlessly switch between the 32 resistance levels. This means you always have control over the workout intensity, even during the workout. For example, you don't have to get off or interrupt the training to change resistance. The braking system works with magnets, which are set in motion by the servo motor. On the E40's screen, you can see the resistance and adjust it with a simple turn of the knob during training.

Do you train a lot indoors and are you tired of looking at the street or the wall? Then add an extra visual challenge to your workout! You can connect the E40 via Bluetooth to apps like Tunturi Routes or Zwift. With Tunturi Routes, you can turn your workout into a visual experience. Climb Alpe d'Huez or opt for a scenic route through villages and forests. With the free version of the app, you always have 15 route videos; the paid version has hundreds of routes. Additionally, the E40 is compatible with Zwift, meaning the video adapts to your cycling pace.

Always the right posture and a comfortable grip
A good training posture is essential with a home trainer. The E40's Multi-grip handlebar offers various grip points with a soft foam layer, so you always train comfortably.
