The Fitrow90i is designed by Fluid. Rowing with a Fluid Rower sounds, feels, and looks like you are on the water thanks to the high-quality water tank with patented Twin Tank technology. With this unique system, you can easily adjust the water resistance at any time with the rotary knob.

Adjustable Fluid Resistance
The water tank of the Fluid Rower consists of two separate tanks: an inner and an outer tank. The inner tank is the ‘passive tank’ or storage tank, the outer tank is the ‘active tank’ or resistance tank. If you choose higher resistance while rowing with the rotary knob, water is moved from the passive tank to the active tank. This results in more resistance after a few strokes. If you choose lower resistance, the water is siphoned back from the active tank to the passive tank, so you experience less resistance after a few strokes.

You experience a fast and smooth resistance adjustment while training, and never have to determine the water level in the tank beforehand. The footrests are height-adjustable and equipped with two sturdy, separate foot straps that secure each foot individually. Your feet are close together, just like in a real rowing boat. Both footrests are also equipped with a specially designed ‘cup’ at the bottom. Thanks to the design, this heel support fits perfectly around the heel of your shoe and moves with every rowing motion. This prevents your foot from slipping during rowing.

Your body automatically adopts the best posture so you can exert maximum force. The handle is connected to a nylon strap: strong, quiet, and stable. The strength of the bungee, the elastic that pulls the strap back, is optimized so that it does not add extra resistance but still quickly pulls the strap back into the trainer as soon as you move forward.
