Measuring is knowing
On the Cardio Fit R30 you follow the most important parameters during training: time, calories, number of strokes and total number of strokes of all training sessions. You can read this clearly on the clear display (80 x 42 mm). You know what effect your work-out has: you learn to assess and improve its effectiveness.

Tablet support
The rotating mass is 4.5 kg. You set the resistance to one of the 8 possible levels. Rowing boring? Then watch your favorite series or a good movie during your training: you place your tablet in the included tablet holder. The rower's flywheel makes hardly any noise and does not disturb you while watching.

Compact and portable
The large aluminum monorail and the ergonomic comfort seat ensure a smooth movement during rowing. You buckle your feet into the tilting footplates with safety straps. The rower is foldable: you store it neatly. Row where you want: with the transport wheels at the bottom of the front you can move the R30 in a smooth movement.
