With a rotating mass of 3.5 kg, the B20 always provides just enough resistance. Because of this weight, the cross trainer runs smoothly and you move smoothly. To train at different levels, you can choose from 8 resistances. You can easily set these resistances yourself: you turn the resistance button under the handlebars and you effortlessly kick into gear.
