VONYX SPJ-800A Party Speaker Black

This Vonyx SPJ-800A is a 200 watt 8" active speaker in a plastic housing. The built-in amplifier is equipped with a line and microphone input. A speaker that comes into its own perfectly as a background music speaker in restaurants or cafeterias, for example, but also at small presentations or other occasions / ceremonies where the music or speaker needs some extra amplification to be heard well.

Plug and play and simplicity, that is the motto of this speaker. Because the amplifier is already built in, you have no hassle with tricky cables and separate amplifiers. Just plug it in and the speaker is ready to use. Connect your CD / DVD player, controller, mixer or mp3 player via the line input and you can immediately enjoy your favorite music.

The built-in 200 watt amplifier, together with the 8” mid-low woofer and the high power dynamic compression horn driver, ensures that your music will sound great and will be sufficiently audible. The 8” woofer provides nice tight bass and the tweeter provides a sparkling high. And even though this is not a behemoth, this smaller speaker will amaze you with its performance. And if you still have just a little too little volume, you can easily connect multiple speakers together using the line output.

And then there is the cabinet. The housing is made of ABS plastic. A very strong and impact-resistant plastic so the speaker can take a beating. An additional advantage is that this plastic is lighter than wood, which makes it easier to transport. A tophat (hole in the bottom of the speaker) is built into the cabinet, making placement on a stand or wall mount no problem at all.

The SPJ-800A is also equipped with a microphone input, making it a perfect presentation speaker. Again, plug and play. Just plug it in, plug in your microphone and you're ready to go! So it's ideal for those somewhat intimate presentations, performances, shows or other events / ceremonies where the speaker needs some extra amplification to be heard properly.

All this makes the SPJ-800A one of the simplest but most effective speakers available.
