The Speediance Gym Monster 2S Family Plus is a connected home gym that replaces free weights, cable machines, resistance bands, and a separate rowing machine with a single compact device. Instead of iron plates, the device uses a precision motor to generate smooth, fully adjustable cable resistance up to 120kg. Train every muscle group from one setup. Dual cable outputs and adjustable pulley height allow you to press, row, squat, curl, and train every major muscle group from the same setup. The built-in HD touchscreen guides you through hundreds of exercises and programs, targeting strength, hypertrophy, HIIT, mobility, and recovery. Live form correction counts your reps, monitors tempo, and automatically logs every session.

Strength and cardio with the included rowing bench. The Family Plus bundle adds a dedicated rowing bench that rests on the platform, drawing resistance directly from the cable system without tools or attachments. Place it on when you want to row and lift it off when you're done. The touchscreen tracks strokes, pace, distance, and power live during the session. Guided rowing workouts are alongside the strength library, so the same device covers both your strength training and your cardio.

Smart training modes you won't find anywhere else. Eccentric mode increases resistance during the downward movement to accelerate strength gains. Isokinetic mode maintains a constant speed regardless of how hard you push. Chain mode mimics the feel of lifting with heavy chains, with resistance increasing as the cable extends. These modes are unavailable at any price point on plate-loaded equipment.
