The ergometer features 12 different pre-programmed training programs. Additionally, there are 4 different heart rate programs, a manual program, and a wattage program. The wattage program can be freely set from 5 to 700 watts. After setting the desired wattage level, the computer ensures that you constantly train at the desired wattage. If you exceed the desired wattage, the resistance is lowered, and vice versa. Furthermore, you can enter your personal data (height, weight, and gender) into the bike computer and place your hands on the hand sensors to measure your body fat percentage and BMI.
