The Focus Fitness Row 5 iPlus is a versatile rowing machine for home use. Thanks to the water resistance system, you experience a natural and fluid rowing motion, comparable to rowing on open water. You determine the intensity of your workout yourself by rowing harder or more gently.

Realistic training with water resistance

The rowing machine is equipped with a water reservoir that provides an authentic rowing feel. The resistance is partly determined by the amount of water in the tank and automatically increases as you apply more force. This makes the Row 5 iPlus suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes.

Bluetooth and training apps

Via Bluetooth, you can easily connect your smartphone or tablet to the rowing machine. This allows you to use training apps to track your performance and get extra motivation from your workout. You can track distance, calorie consumption, and speed, among other things.

Heart rate measurement (optional)

For targeted training, heart rate measurement is possible via a chest strap (not included). In combination with a training app, you can train based on your heart rate zones.

Comfort and ease of use

The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable posture while rowing. The tablet holder places your screen at eye level, ideal for following workouts or entertainment while exercising.

Maintenance of the water reservoir

The Focus Fitness Row 5 iPlus is robustly built and suitable for users up to 120 kg and a maximum height of 195 cm. After use, you can easily fold the rowing machine to save space in your home.
