12 kg heavy flywheel

The magnetic system is powered by a V-belt, which is stronger than a chain or rope, and connected to a 12 kg heavy flywheel. The heavier the flywheel, the more intense your workout will be. Electronic resistance

The Focus Fitness Row 3 is fully electronically controlled, which means the resistance is automatically adjusted during your workout. Unlike manual rowing trainers, you don't have to interrupt your workout to adjust the resistance.

The LCD workout computer offers convenient workout features, including 12 pre-programmed workout programs, such as interval, incline and combination programs, in addition to the ability to start your own workout in the manual program.

Heart rate

The handles are equipped with heart rate sensors for an indication of your heart rate. Optionally, you can use a heart rate belt (not included) for a more accurate measurement, especially when combined with the HRC program to achieve your goals efficiently. In addition, a handy counter above the handles records your heart rate during your workout.
