Entry-level 10GbE and 2.5GbE Layer 2 web-managed half-width rackmount switch for small businesses
The QSW-M2108R-2C is a Layer 2 Web Managed Switch featuring two 10GbE SFP+/RJ45 combo ports and eight 2.5 Gigabit ports. With support for Layer 2 switching and network management via a user-friendly web interface, the QSW-M2108R-2C offers flexible deployment in hybrid high-speed network environments and an entry-level network management solution. With a half-width design, two QSW-M2108R-2C's can be installed in a 1U rack space for space saving. The QSW-M2108R-2C is compatible with 10GbE and NBASE-T technologies, with support for up to five speeds (10G/5G/2.5G/1G/100M) to deliver higher transfer speeds over existing Cat 5e and 6a cables.
Half-width design, 2 models in 1U
With a half-width design, two QSW-M2108R-2C's can be installed in a 1U rack space for efficient space utilization and tidy cabling.
Flexible deployment with multiple 10G SFP+ fiber and Gigabit ports.
The QSW-M2108R-2C is equipped with two 10GbE SFP+/RJ45 combo ports and eight 2.5 Gigabit ports to connect diverse devices and set up a hybrid high-speed network. With SFP+ interfaces, DAC (Direct Attach Copper) cables can be used to connect directly to SFP+ devices. You can also use RJ45 ports to connect 10GBASE-T/NBASE-T™ devices via RJ45 Category 6 (or better) cabling. The switching capacity of the QSW-M2108-2C is 80 Gbps, ensuring the full potential of each port.
Flexible deployment combo ports and 10GbE / NBASE-T
The QSW-M2108R-2C is compatible with 10GbE and NBASE-T technologies to support five network speeds (10G, 5G, 2.5G, 1G, and 100M) over existing Cat 5e and Cat 6a cables. The SFP+/RJ45 (copper) combo ports deliver higher transmission speeds with existing cables. Depending on the cable type and length, different speeds can be achieved for faster and more efficient data transfers.
