| Application | The finger should be placed in the middle of the finger groove when inserting. The values appear on the display after a few seconds. Fingernails should not be too long. Also, do not forget to remove nail polish or other makeup. Heart rate is displayed in beats per minute. The resting heart rate for a healthy adult is usually between 50-100 beats per minute. For seniors, it is an average of 80 beats per minute. The "SpO²" value indicates the partial oxygen saturation. This is expressed as a percentage. Typical values for adults are between 96-100%. |
