| Application | The finger should be placed in the middle of the finger groove when inserting. The values appear on the display after a few seconds. Fingernails should not be too long. Also, do not forget to remove nail polish or other makeup. Heart rate is displayed in beats per minute. Resting heart rate for a healthy adult is usually 50-100 beats per minute. For seniors, the average is 80 beats per minute. The "SpO²" value indicates the partial oxygen saturation. This is displayed in percent. Normal values for adults are between 96 and 100%. |
