The power bank 30000 mah is fast and smart; it automatically delivers the maximum power that your device can handle. Are you using the power bank for the first time? Then it is possible that the LED display is not yet calibrated with the battery. You must fully discharge the power bank (so just use it to charge your smartphone, tablet or laptop). Once it is fully discharged, you can charge the power bank again. Now the power bank will show the correct percentages on the LED display!
