Calibrate

The first time you use the power bank you will probably notice that the LED display is not correct. You can easily solve this by fully discharging your power bank, you do this by using the power bank to charge your phone or tablet. When the power bank is completely empty and turns off, charge it with the included micro-usb cable (5V/2A) or a usb-c to usb-c cable (5V/3A). Now the power bank will show the correct battery percentage.

Tips

You will receive an included micro-usb cable, which charges your power bank with 5V/2A (10 Watt). You can also use the usb-c port of the power bank to fast charge the power bank up to 5V/3A (18 Watt). To fast charge the power bank you need a quick charge usb plug and compatible cable. The difference in charging time is significant and shortens it by several hours!

Fast charging

This powerful power bank quickly charges all your devices that can fast charge. The USB-C port supports Power Delivery and Super Fast Charging up to 25 Watt. With some devices such as the S23 Ultra or S24 Plus you will see 'Super Fast Charging' on your device. With other devices such as the 15 Pro Max or older you always charge with 20 Watt, this is the maximum charging speed possible.
