The Olympic weight plates - Bumper Plates from Focus Fitness are solid rubber weight plates available in multiple colors. With these weight plates it is possible to drop the dumbbell without damaging the weight plate, barbell or floor. This makes the bumper plates ideal for all strength exercises.
The Olympic weight plates have a hole diameter of 50 mm and can be used in combination with an Olympic barbell. The nice thing about the Focus Fitness bumper plates is that all weights are the same size: a disc diameter of 45 cm. They differ - depending on the weight of the weight plate - only in thickness and color. As a result, weights can be distinguished from each other at a glance.
Focus Fitness Olympic bumper plate weight plates are sold by the piece and are available in different weights:
