Grab your Ring-Con, put on your leg strap and experience an adventure full of fitness exercises! Discover a colorful fantasy world and defeat a powerhouse of a dragon and his subjects by doing all kinds of exercises in Ring Fit Adventure, a fitness video game for the Nintendo Switch! Jog in place to run through grasslands, perform exercises to attack enemies, and replenish your energy meter with yoga poses.

The new Ring-Con and leg strap measure all your movements and translate them into actions in the game. With mini-games and the ability to create your own workouts, Ring Fit Adventure is a sporty pleasure for everyone, regardless of your fitness level, goals and schedule.

Improve your character and yourself!
In the adventure you have to compete against monsters by choosing from more than 60 fitness exercises to perform. Make your way through more than 100 courses in more than 20 areas. As you play the courses (and possibly work up a sweat), you earn fit points and ingredients to make restorative smoothies.

Between battles, you sometimes have to move in unusual ways, such as with springboards that work on squats, through waterfalls that you have to pedal against, and more! You can also visit villages and go to the Smoothique to purchase clothing that improves your attack or defense, or take on extra missions to earn super-effective items.

Want to compete against others? Pass the Ring-Con and choose from 12 mini-games: break chests with air, bake pots by squatting and more. You can also create your own workout, combining exercises and mini-games to really work up a sweat. You can even track your performance with estimated statistics by using the built-in infrared motion camera of the right Joy-Con (sold separately). For example, an estimate can be made of your heart rate or of the amount of calories you have burned during a workout. Nothing stands in your way to achieve your goal!

If you want to set the bar even higher for yourself, you can also use the Ring-Con with attached Joy-Con controller (sold separately) without the Nintendo Switch. Take the Ring-Con with you to work or to the park to train even more. Later you can synchronize the Ring-Con with your game to convert your efforts into fit points and in-game items for your character. So put your best foot forward and reap the rewards, both inside and outside the game!
