The LPX-3000 Leg Press/Calf Raise features an adjustable seat and thick foam cushions for optimal support and comfort during heavy repetitions. It also features convenient handles on both sides of the seat for added support and stability.

The oversized footplate has several ridges to prevent your feet from shifting during your workout. By changing the position of your feet, you can train different parts of your legs. For example, a wider position at the top of the plate mainly trains the glutes and hamstrings, while a narrower position at the bottom of the plate mainly trains the quadriceps.

Adjustability
