Speed and performance in practice

With a read speed of 640 Mbps (80 MB/s) and a write speed of 240 Mbps (30 MB/s), this USB stick offers sufficient speed for photos, documents, and videos.

Please note: Mbps (megabits per second) is not the same as MB/s (megabytes per second). 1 MB/s = 8 Mbps.

The actual speed depends on:

• the size and type of files

• the connected device

• the formatting of the stick

This is normal for all USB sticks or external storage media.

Storage capacity and formatting

The Xedor Lite has a physical storage capacity of 256 GB, with a usable space that is slightly lower due to formatting data. This is standard for any storage device.

The stick is formatted in ExFAT, suitable for:

• Windows

• macOS

• iOS (from iOS 9 via the accompanying app)

When connecting to your iPhone, a notification will automatically appear to install a free app for accessing the files. You will also receive the name of this app via email after your order.
