The Inventum IKI7735MAT built-in induction hob with facet edge on the front, has 4 cooking zones, each with 9 different positions. It is a hob with power management, so you can connect it to 1 or 2 phases. With the handy bridge function (flexible cooking zone) you connect the 2 left cooking zones to each other, so you can use a large grill plate or roasting pan. Each cooking zone also has a boost function for extra fast heating. The hob is easy to operate with touch keys and slider function per cooking zone. In addition, the hob is equipped with a timer function and cooking time limitation. Because safety comes first, the hob is equipped with automatic pan recognition, residual heat indication, pause function and a child lock.

Cooking timer and timer

You can use the cooking timer when your induction hob is on. The hob is equipped with 1 timer per cooking zone. When the set time has elapsed, the cooking zone switches off automatically.

Boost function

The boost function on the hob temporarily gives extra power to a cooking zone. Useful if you want to bring something to a boil quickly. After a certain time, the boost automatically switches back to the previously set power.

Bridge function

Use the bridge function to use the induction hob more flexibly. With the bridge button you connect the 2 cooking zones located one behind the other. This gives you an extra large cooking surface for, for example, a grill plate or a large pan.

Power management for 1- or 2-phase

This induction hob is equipped with power management. A smart technology that allows you to choose whether you want to connect the hob to 1 or 2 phases. The power of the hob is automatically distributed over the cooking zones you use. If you choose 1-phase, you connect the hob to a normal socket (plug & play). Adjustments in the meter cupboard are not necessary.
