This deep fryer with a capacity of 9 liters is ideal for the professional kitchen. Since not all your products need to be fried at the same temperature, you can easily adjust the temperature using the handy rotary knob. The temperature range is between 50 and 200°C, so it's ideally adjustable!
The deep fryer also features a removable lid, heat-resistant handle, and rubber feet so it always stays firmly in place.
