The Inventum GF645F is a cold zone fryer with a capacity of 4 liters and an XL frying basket. The fryer therefore has enough capacity to fry fries and snacks for the whole family. You can easily set the temperature of the Inventum GF645F to a maximum of 190 ˚C using the rotary knob. Because the heating element hangs directly in the oil and the temperature sensor responds much faster than with a normal deep fryer, the pan reaches your set frying temperature in no time. The fries sear quickly and become extra crispy. The Inventum GF645F has an anti-odor filter that prevents unpleasant frying smells. The lid of the Inventum GF645F has a convenient viewing window so you can see from the outside whether your fries and/or snacks are ready. The integrated oil filter ensures that you can filter your frying fat and thus keep it clean longer. Replacing frying fat is very easy thanks to the removable inner pan and the removable heating element. The inner pan, frying basket, reservoir and oil filter of the Inventum GF645F can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
