The Ariane footstool is made of a low-maintenance and weather-resistant aluminum frame with a sturdy powder coating. The coating provides a light teak wood appearance. Furthermore, aluminum is resistant to all weather conditions, so the footstool can remain outside all year round without losing its beauty. The included desert sand colored cushions are made of high-quality polyester. The cushions have a zipper, making the covers easy to wash by hand. The cushions are not waterproof and can be stored in the shed or in a cushion box after use. However, the cushions have a water-repellent coating. This is especially practical if, for example, a drink is spilled on the cushion, as you can easily wipe off the moisture. Aluminum has the advantage of being low-maintenance; if the aluminum gets dirty, for example from splashing rainwater, you can easily clean it with a soapy solution of green soap and a soft cloth.
