This ensures fast and seamless data transfer. Thanks to the user-friendly 4.3-inch touchscreen, the scanning process and data control are very clear, and you can view scan thumbnails. Additionally, illustrated messages and instructions are displayed on the screen, allowing users to resolve errors themselves.

Users can scan and save documents without needing a computer. They simply log in to the scanner, their data is verified, and then they can select a task from the personalized task menus on the fi-7300NX touchscreen. Thanks to the customized task menus, efficient and secure decentralized data entry is guaranteed for each user. The fi-7300NX supports NFC authentication (Type-A and Type-B) and user authentication with username and password via the touchscreen. It is also possible to assign different task menus to each scanner and use the scanner without an authentication process. With PaperStream NX Manager, users can scan from mobile or web-based apps on mobile devices and thin clients. Thanks to seamless integration with business systems, various devices can be used for scanning tasks.

The user authentication function, task menu, and other scan settings are all centrally managed with PaperStream NX Manager and Scanner Central Admin. Thanks to the server software of the fi-7300NX, there is no longer a need for an environment with one client computer per scanner, and system management can be performed remotely. If computers are used when scanning with the fi-7300NX, you can use PaperStream IP. This is a specialized driver for image scanners connected via Wi-Fi, wired network, or USB. Because it is possible to connect without USB cables, the scanner can be placed where it is needed. This leads to higher user productivity, fewer work interruptions, and more space for equipment that is used more frequently.
