The Focus Fitness Shift adjustable dumbbell set combines multiple pairs of dumbbells into two compact dumbbells. You choose the desired weight between 2 and 24 kg per exercise, allowing you to train effectively without changing loose plates. This makes the set suitable for home use or a small training corner.

You set the weight using a locking dial. When you lift the dumbbell from its holder, only the selected plates are picked up; the rest remain behind. This works quickly between sets and keeps your workout calm and organized.

The handle has a comfortable anti-slip finish for a secure grip, even during longer sets. The combination of a metal core and a shock-resistant casing feels solid. The plastic plates and the shape of the holder help with controlled placement and re-placement.

Because one set replaces a series of individual dumbbells, you save storage space and keep the floor clear for other exercises. The compact holders give both dumbbells a fixed place and make it easy to tidy everything up after use.

In practice, you select the setting, train, and place the dumbbells back to adjust again immediately. The system is low-maintenance: after training, wipe dry and periodically check that the plates fit correctly in the holder. Each dumbbell has 15 settings (2–24 kg). The dimensions per dumbbell are approximately 42 × 22 × 20 cm; the total set weight including holders is about 52 kg.
