The Focus Fitness Row 10 iPlus is a water resistance rowing machine for home use. The water resistance simulates the feeling of rowing on open water. The intensity automatically adjusts to your pace, allowing you to vary between calm sections and intensive intervals without extra adjustments. The double rail contributes to a smooth, controlled movement and helps to maintain a constant rhythm.

The clear display shows, among other things, time, distance, calories, strokes per minute (SPM), total strokes, and—in combination with a compatible chest strap—your heart rate during training. Via Bluetooth, you can connect the Row 10 iPlus to apps such as Kinomap; a 1-month trial period is included with purchase to try out routes and programs. The integrated smartphone/tablet holder makes it easy to follow videos or workouts.

The construction combines a solid frame with wooden panels (rubberwood) for a warm appearance. The ergonomic seat glides smoothly over the double rail, and the adjustable footrests with straps help maintain a stable, ergonomic posture. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg.
