Upper arm blood pressure monitor measures blood pressure and heart rate

If you ever want (or need) to measure your blood pressure or heart rate you can simply do it yourself at home. The FB-180 blood pressure monitor from Fysic makes it a breeze, even if you have no medical background or experience. This robustly designed upper arm blood pressure monitor consists of a cuff - the upper arm band - that you put on your arm. You turn on the blood pressure monitor and the cuff inflates itself and starts the measurement. In the display screen, you will see the values of the upper pressure (systolic pressure), lower pressure (diastolic pressure) and heart rate. When the measurement is over, the cuff will deflate itself again. Thus, there is no manual pumping involved.
